Welcome to Morton Meat Co., I'm John Rolewicz Owner and a second generation butcher.
My lifetime of experience goes back to when I worked for my father's butcher shop in Puyallup, "Butcher Boys." I founded Morton Meat Co. in 1997, and have been cutting meat independently since.
Our professionalism and care for quality meat cutting is second to none. We take pride in serving our satisfied customers the best in custom smoking, homemade beef jerky, wild game processing and more.
Quality meat is our specialty, we wouldn't have it any other way.
